If you are looking for an exotic houseplant that is very easy to grow, check out hoya (sometimes called wax plant). This unique houseplant is a vine (but don't worry; it is not a fast-growing plant!), it has thick waxy leaves and clusters of star-shaped waxy flowers. It is one of the most tolerant plants among all indoor plants.

Hoya is usually sold in hanging baskets, but its slender stems can also be dragged from tall containers (such as urns). Or, if you want it to grow upright, please provide a grid or totem and let hoya provide vertical interest for your home or office.
